Dear Friends,
It’s been some time since I’ve reached out with news from Conscious Capitalism, Inc’s home office. As I’m sure many of you can relate —when you’re digging in and immersing yourself in all the opportunity and nuance of a new-to-you endeavor— sometimes you lose track of time. You lose track because there’s so much to learn. So many people to be heard. And, when your purpose is to improve the world, so much to do.
I’ve taken this time to gain a better understanding of our history. While there have been many successes over the past 14 years, we are still searching for the solution that enables us to grow the voice of our Movement exponentially to change the practice and perception of capitalism at scale.
Over the past several months, we have been doing both the quiet work of information gathering and analysis so we can plan for that bright future while also actively driving engagement in our Senior Leader Network, working to better integrate and align our activities through our community of Local Chapters, and planning for an exceptional 2022 CEO Summit.
Through all of this, one theme has emerged time and again in my conversations with community members:
This is an important time for Conscious Capitalism. The world needs us now more than ever.
While challenges exist, there is a consistent desire from our community to level up. Level up our processes. Level up our service offerings. Level up our organization. All in support of leveling up our Movement in which so many have and continue to invest so much. Because how can we expect to elevate humanity if we don’t take ourselves to that next level first.
I am even more energized today than I was four months ago by all of the opportunity I can see so clearly on the road ahead and I have so much gratitude that you are on this journey with us.
