Conscious Capitalism, Inc. and Barry-Wehmiller are partnering to provide 20 members of the Conscious Capitalism community with an exclusive opportunity to see what a human-centric approach to business looks like on the ground. Executives and thought leaders from the Conscious Capitalism community are invited to visit Barry-Wehmiller Papersystems (BWPS) in Philips, Wisconsin for 3 days to the tour the factory, meet with employees, and engage in discussions with both Barry Wehmiller and Conscious Capitalism leaders to discuss both the future of business and how to apply a human-centric approach to business. Participation in this event requires the approval of a brief application. Our agenda will accommodate late afternoon arrivals on Monday, May 14 and departures in the early evening on Wednesday, May 16.

Through Bob Chapman’s leadership, Barry-Wehmiller has pioneered a dramatically different approach to leadership that creates off-the-charts morale, loyalty, creativity, and business performance. The company utterly rejects the idea that employees are simply functions, to be moved around, "managed" with carrots and sticks, or discarded at will. Instead, Barry-Wehmiller manifests the reality that every single person matters, just like in a family and it’s the bedrock of the company’s success. While the Barry-Wehmiller way isn’t easy, it’s simple and your organization can implement the ideas with the same resulting impact.Find out more »
