Dear Friends,
As we gather at the beginning of another year filled with opportunity, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for each and every one of you who has been an integral part of our continued journey.
Since our inception in 2008, we have achieved remarkable milestones together, leaving a positive impact on the world, inspiring the creation of numerous like-valued organizations, and spreading the transformative message of Conscious Capitalism to hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. We have evolved into a global community of dedicated leaders who are unwaveringly committed to advancing humanity through conscious business practices and who eagerly anticipate the possibilities the future holds.
Reflecting upon 2023, it was a year of profound transformation for us. We focused our energy on what is possible, embraced challenges, and emerged even stronger and more aligned.
We upheld our core principle of being a Big Tent that champions diversity, freedom, and dynamic tension — creating a welcoming point of entry for those looking to leverage business as a force for good. At our 15th annual invitation-only Conscious Capitalism CEO Summit, where we hosted nearly 200 CEOs, Presidents, and Founders, we reaffirmed this position and underscored that our Big Tent is fortified by the four tenets of Conscious Capitalism, guiding us to lead with a Higher Purpose, create value for all stakeholders, practice Conscious Leadership, and cultivate a Conscious Culture, adding a crucial fifth element — Future Focus.
In 2024, our focus is unwaveringly centered on having the courage to lead from that long-term lens as we embark on the journey towards our three ambitious moonshot goals to: Activate 10 Million Conscious Leaders, Do Business Together, and Lead the Way.
Our mission to activate 10 Million Conscious Leaders involves connecting with CEOs, Presidents, and Founders on a personal level, fostering partnerships and sponsorships, engaging in one-on-one interactions, and connecting in intimate groups for salon-style Dinner on Purpose™ gatherings. It also means amplifying the Conscious Capitalism message broadly at conferences, on podcasts, and more. Of course, we will continue to magnify our Conscious Capitalism philosophy in local communities as we invest in, strengthen, and expand our Chapter ecosystem.
In 2024, we will continue to expand our community of conscious business leaders seeking to integrate the Conscious Capitalism philosophy into their organizations, elevate their personal leadership, and connect with like-minded individuals on this transformative journey.
