CEO, culture hacker, and award-winning storyteller on a mission to build healing organizations where care is the conduit to exceptionally high-performance.
As founder of Round Table Companies (RTC) and publisher of Conscious Capitalism Press, I partner with leaders to turn trust and psychological safety into bottom-line performance.
Media & thought leadership. My perspective on vulnerability has landed me on the cover of The Wall Street Journal and my creativity in business prompted features in The New York Times, USA Today, Inc., Forbes, Barron’s and WIRED. I created the Vulnerability Wall®—a tool leveraged by Microsoft, ADP, Marketo, and Workday to spark real dialogue—as well as the Vulnerability Is Sexy™ card game and ADDY-award winning documentary of the same name.
On-camera storytelling roots. Early in my career I hit the high note—literally—in Mountain Dew’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” Super Bowl spot, later named one of Adweek’s 50 Greatest Super Bowl Commercials of All Time. Alongside co- and guest-starring roles on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Shield, and Diagnosis Murder, I also fronted the Yard Fitness “Comfortable in Your Own Skin” campaign, where my bold vulnerability (I’m naked!) earned the production team a Cannes Bronze Lion, Belding, and London International Advertising Award.
Today. Alongside leading RTC, I’m an executive coach for Stagen Leadership Academy’s Advanced Leadership Program and a fractional Chief Culture Officer for growth-minded firms. Whether delivering a keynote, designing training, or guiding an off-site, my north star is simple: human beings who feel cared for simply perform better.
