Event Details

Kaufman Development was created on the belief that communities of high design built around well-being, expression and impact can change the world. Over the past 20 years, CEO Brett Kaufman has developed over 2,000 units, over a half million square feet of commercial space and 15 mixed use developments, including Gravity, winner of the 2021 Urban Land Institute Award for Excellence. All of the developments are designed to enhance the human experience by incorporating the important aspects of community and prioritizing physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Gravity is the largest conscious community in the world and the culmination of his mission.

But his revolutionary work and influence doesn’t stop there—Brett is working to change the status quo of conventional venture capital, by investing in and starting companies with a holistic approach to fully supporting founders and organizations with tools to help them thrive in work and life, including coaching, therapy and other organizational modality. Brett is also host of the Gravity Podcast and a proud founder of Rhove, a real estate technology company that is democratizing how real estate is owned.

Join Brett Kaufman as he shares lessons from his own mental health journey, which led him to find his passion in building “purposeful” multi-use projects driven by innovation and learn how he is paving the way for the democratization of real estate investing.
