Event Details

Gone are the days of top-down, command-and-control leadership. Instead, leaders and team members seek to foster supportive, collaborative work environments where multiple and diverse voices are heard and collective wisdom is unlocked.

Mentorship is essential to creating this more enlightened, conscious culture. By sharing their experience, mentors guide and support emerging leaders while mentees offer their fresh perspectives on their companies’ challenges. It’s a relationship that benefits both parties, their company, and the larger community they serve, ultimately creating a virtuous cycle of giving and receiving.

Join us for a hands-on, interactive, in-person (yes, in-person like the old days) event featuring DeLinda Forsythe, conscious leader and best-selling author of “Inspiring Generational Leadership: Your Guide to Design a Conscious Culture.”

Dan Holmgren, founder and CEO of IMAGEMAKERS, will share his journey from being a mentee as part of the Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program (HEMP) to creating a peer-to-peer mentoring program within IMAGEMAKERS.

Ron Hill, co-founder of the Kansas City Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, HEMP Mentee Class of 2008, and Purpose Sherpa with Intrepic Journey, will facilitate the evening’s program.
