Conscious Capitalism Curious? Have questions about how to apply the tenets of Conscious Capitalism in your own business? Have a story to share with us?

Join members of the Conscious Capitalism Columbus board of trustees for office hours, once a month in 2022. Some virtual, some in-person, all informal convivial opportunities to catch up with fellow community members and connect with others interested in business as a force for good in the world.

In September, you’ll get a chance to talk with Chris Dilley, who serves on the championship committee of our local chapter, at the MAD Scientist Associates offices. Drinks and snacks will be provided.

About Chris Dilley, CEO/Co-Owner, MAD Scientist Associates LLC and Co-Owner of Scioto Gardens Nursery

Christine is CEO of MAD Scientist Associates, LLC, a central Ohio wetland and ecological consulting firm providing services throughout Ohio and the Midwest. Prior to joining MAD was a seven-year career at Battelle, exposing her to the world of scientific consulting. Christine and the MAD team strive to Make A Difference for clients and in the community. In 2019 Christine became a co-owner of Scioto Gardens Nursery, which specializes in native plants, located in Delaware, Ohio. Her B.S. degree was earned at The Ohio State University and her MBA at Franklin University.

Conscious Capitalism’s philosophy that businesses should serve all significant stakeholders, including the environment, fit well with MAD’s philosophy of operation over the course of their 24+ years in business. So, becoming a part the Columbus Conscious Capitalism Chapter was a natural fit. Christine also currently serves as Vice President of Communications on the NAWBO Columbus Board of Directors. In 2019, MAD was honored to be Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business of the Year, and in 2020 & 2022 MAD was Green Columbus’ GreenSpotLight Small Business Winner. In her spare time, Christine enjoys genealogy research, gardening, and taking walks.
