Beyond Zero Premiere Film Screening

Beyond Zero is a feature-length documentary film that tells the story of how Interface, a $1B global public flooring company with no regard for its impact on the environment, transformed itself to a global leader in sustainability. 

While sustainability is at the center of the story, transformation to a stakeholder-oriented organization is at its heart. All four pillars of Conscious Capitalism are on full display in this powerful film.

Though unreleased publicly, the lessons of transformation are being used by Harvard, Yale, Wharton, Berkeley, and their counterparts around the world to teach the new paradigm of business.  Similarly, companies like KKR, UPS, PWC, and many more are using the film to inspire and train their leadership teams. 

Beyond Zero has had high-profile city premieres across the United States and around the world. The Chicago Chapter of Conscious Capitalism is proud to host this exclusive Chicago premiere at the amazing Kehrein Center for the Arts in the city’s resurgent Austin neighborhood.

In addition to the screening, the event will feature serve as the launch of the Illinois Education Plan initiative, a Q+A with the film’s director, Interface’s Chief Sustainability Officer, and other Chicago-area business leaders who will be discussing the opportunities for similar transformations in the local business community.
