Lynn is driven through her work to advance change, promote advocacy efforts, and make an impact in people’s lives. It is imperative to Lynn that she works in an organization that is aiming to leave the world a better place for the next generation and those that follow. Conscious Capitalism is a perfect fit because conscious leaders are already making this impact.
Lynn has spent almost two decades in senior leadership in the nonprofit sector – specifically focusing on raising funds for high-level academic and medical research institutes. She has leveraged her experience as a successful team leader and major gifts officer not only to raise funds, but to develop and drive fundraising strategy to diversify revenue growth, and to create processes that accurately reflect philanthropic deficiencies and successes. In all her roles, Lynn balances the determination for revenue growth with the need for transparency in team building. She uses her collaborative personality to develop inclusive teams who have the ability to make key connections, build lasting relationships, and express the “big picture” to partners.
Lynn holds a Doctor of Education degree in Education Administration and a Master of Education degree in Exercise Science from Auburn University. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Educational Psychology from Mississippi State University.
Lynn lives in Texas with her husband, son and their dog. She is passionate about improving the education system for the future generation, and advancing animal advocacy efforts. She is also working towards her black belt in karate.
