With over 42 years of experience in marketing and advertising, I am a seasoned strategist and a certified consultant in cultural transformation tools (CTT). I founded Santa Clara, an integrated agency with a digital thinking platform, in 2006 and have been leading it as the chairman ever since. I am also a member of the Ethics and Integrity Committee at the Conscious Capitalism Brazil, where I analyze contemporary ethical issues that impact the tangible and intangible results of our associate companies and non-associates. My passion for understanding human behavior and customer insights led me to study psychoanalysis and apply its techniques to businesses and corporations. I have been a professor at Miami Ad School and Lemon School, a counselor, a board member, and an editorial board member at MIT Sloan School of Management. I am constantly learning and exploring new ways to create value and positive change through communication.
