I imagine a world where people are so inspired by what they learn that they feel compelled to pass it onto others. To help create that world, I wake up every day focused on making things better for others so that they can thrive and, in turn, make things better for others. We work with leadership teams to do just that. Every day we make things better for others and the ripple effect is tremendous: It impacts their teams, their customers, their communities, and the world. My former role as Partner and Chief Learning Officer at EY provided the opportunity to serve clients big and small, complex and simple, global and local. It’s a pleasure to have worked with thousands of talented people from all corners of the world, many that are still with EY, many that have gone onto other careers, and all of whom have provided incredible learning experiences.
