Shannon Lewandowski is a strategic and collaborative leader who enjoys creating smarter customer experiences for business leaders. She combines 10 years of IT software development consulting and leadership with 10 years of global digital agency experience creating and owning digital and mobile products. Shannon leads Market Development at Ingage Partners, collaborating across strategy, delivery, marketing, and people to create client and employee experiences that draw in new prospects and support our growth. She is a service designer, UX researcher, product owner, agile coach, scrum master, and is currently in the Aileron Conscious Leadership program. She is a life-long learner that seeks new approaches, embraces challenges, and brings empathy and clarity of purpose to inspire and motivate teams. As a former Speaker Chair of Together Digital, I mentored, facilitated, and provided tools to help raise the confidence of women in digital. A former NKU Hall-of-Fame athlete, Shannon is a former VP of the Go Norse Fund Executive board, NKU Athletic Council board member, and the Freshman volleyball coach for Beechwood High School.
