Ryan Rigterink serves as Executive Director of Conscious Capitalism Great Lakes Bay Region and is the Founder and CEO of Workgaze. His work sits at the intersection of conscious leadership, meaningful work, human potential, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Through Workgaze, Ryan is developing new approaches to help people better understand where they can thrive while enabling organizations to create stronger alignment between people, work, growth, motivation, culture, and purpose. His broader work in Purpose Intelligence and Meaningful Work Design explores how greater insight into human potential and purpose can lead to more meaningful career decisions, stronger cultures, and improved organizational performance.
Ryan is also the author of Redesign Life and is currently writing Redesign Work. Across his work, he is exploring a central question: How can we design organizations, careers, and communities where human flourishing and organizational success reinforce one another?
As Executive Director of Conscious Capitalism Great Lakes Bay Region, Ryan works to bring business, education, and community leaders together around that possibility, strengthening connections across the region and helping build an ecosystem where conscious leaders, meaningful work, thriving people, and successful organizations can grow together.
