Rick Jardiolin is a seasoned public relations director at Starlight Children's Foundation, bringing a wealth of experience to the role since joining in 2021. Prior to his tenure at Starlight, Rick served as the marketing director for Children's Hunger Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to combating childhood food insecurity throughout Ohio. His passion for social impact led him to launch an eco-friendly social enterprise, collaborating with weaving co-ops in the Philippines to create handcrafted straw bags, empowering local artisans, particularly women.

Before delving into the nonprofit sector, Rick garnered extensive corporate experience at renowned Fortune 500 companies, including Victoria's Secret, Williams-Sonoma, and The Gap. His diverse background provided him with a robust skill set in marketing, communications, and storytelling. Rick honed his narrative craft at the University of Houston, where he earned a BA in media production. Committed to driving positive change, Rick is actively involved in the Conscious Capitalism Columbus Chapter, serving on its board. Beyond his professional endeavors, Rick finds joy in photography, video production, and leveraging his skills to make meaningful connections in the world.
