Ricardo Resio is Vice President of Human Resources at Morley, a global business services company providing customer experience, business process outsourcing, and technology-enabled solutions across multiple industries. With more than 30 years of executive experience, Ricardo has built his career around helping organizations translate strategy into execution by aligning leadership, culture, and business performance.
Ricardo became involved with Conscious Capitalism because he believes businesses have the ability and responsibility to create value for all stakeholders. Associate experience, customer experience, and business performance are interconnected and stronger business outcomes follow when leaders intentionally invest in people, develop strong cultures, and create environments where individuals can succeed.
He is passionate about bringing business leaders together to explore how purpose, trust, accountability, and servant leadership can strengthen organizations and the communities they serve. Leadership is ultimately about helping people grow, succeed, and positively impact those around them.
Since joining the Great Lakes Bay Region chapter in 2019, Ricardo has served in multiple leadership roles and was elected Chairman of the Board in 2026. Outside of his professional work, Ricardo enjoys spending time with his family, church, mentoring others, and sports.
