Ramesh Subramaniam has more than 35 years of experience in business strategy and corporate transformations, alliances and channels, go-to-market execution, general management, global business development and marketing for Fortune 500 transnational companies, management consulting firms and technology startups.

Ramesh has helped clients with their strategic direction and tactical execution. He is an expert in using collaborative methods to drive growth, innovation, and business transformation. His experience is with companies in enterprise software, IT infrastructure, cloud-based solutions, financial services, automotive, advanced materials, secondary packaging and consumer goods. Over his career, Ramesh has been a trusted advisor and personal coach to senior executives and a mentor to young leaders.

As head of marketing and strategy for channels and alliances at Equifax, he had built a new organizational capability to optimize and enable all routes to market. Previously, as vice president for Asia-Pacific and Latin America at Mead, he helped lead both business units to the highest growth in the company. He has also held strategy consultant roles at Motorola (USA and France), and Molex (Japan).

Ramesh holds MBAs from the University of Chicago and the Indian Institute of Management and has a degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India. He speaks French, Japanese and various Indian languages. With his expertise in cross-cultural communications and negotiations, he has authored articles in business journals. He is a member of the Society of International Business Fellows and, in addition to this leadership role at Conscious Capitalism Atlanta, he serves on the Steering Committee at the World Affairs Council of Atlanta.
