Philippe Harousseau is a CMO with Chief Outsiders, a leading national network of fractional Marketing and Sales executives, where he helps CEOs of small to mid-size companies turn their vision into a growth engine.
Philippe has extensive experience in the consumer goods industry at companies like Unilever, GoGo squeeZ, and Shiseido. He developed and executed cut-through, award-winning marketing and innovation programs that delivered sharp, differentiated brand propositions and built both brand equity and financial performance.
From his involvement in the original Dove campaign, Philippe learned how to unlock the power of purpose to build brands that do well and do good at the same time. He continues to work with brands with higher purpose and while he believe in all of the four tenets of Conscious Capitalism, he has a bit of a bias for the one related to purpose.
Philippe recently moved to Atlanta after spending over 20 years in New York. Philippe has four sons and one grandson. He is an avid marathon runner and an outdoor enthusiast.
