Neha Sangwan

Neha Sangwan, MD, a certified internal medicine physician and engineer, is the CEO and founder of Intuitive Intelligence. She is an expert in executive coaching and communication, known for empowering entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and teams to thrive under pressure. Renowned globally for her contributions to Conscious Capitalism and conscious leadership, she provides insights on high performance, burnout, mental and emotional wellbeing, and conflict resolution. Dr. Sangwan has graced three TEDx stages and authored two books: TalkRx: Five Steps to Honest Conversations that Create Connection, Health, and Happiness, a guide on effective communication which was also adapted into a TV program, and Powered By Me: From Burned Out to Fully Charged at Work & in Life, a guide to burnout prevention and healing. She’s created comprehensive programs Integrating medical science and communication to build resilient, healing cultures within organizations. She works with a broad spectrum of companies, ranging from Silicon Valley startups to Fortune 100 giants, including Google, Apple, and American Express. Dr. Sangwan also co-founded the Conscious Business Leadership Academy, a platform for CEOs to incorporate the principles of Conscious Capitalism into their organizations. Her private practice amalgamates her medical, neuroscience, mindfulness, and coaching expertise to address and heal root problems. She aids leaders in elevating their personal power by providing practical tools to improve their overall health and wellbeing. Her education journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from Michigan State University. After working as a manufacturing engineer for Motorola, she pursued medical school at the State University of New York at Buffalo, followed by an Internal Medicine residency at Temple University Hospital. She also became nationally certified by the International Federation of Coaches and serves on the faculty of the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, where she actively trains veterans and Ukrainian therapists to heal war trauma.
