Michael Kroeger believes business can and should be a force for positive change. That conviction has guided his career for more than 20 years and shapes his approach to leadership, entrepreneurship, and community service.
Michael is the CEO and Co-Founder of Revision Collective and Ingage Partners. Revision Collective is an employee-owned family of businesses committed to building successful organizations where purpose and performance reinforce one another. Through its companies, Michael has helped organizations use technology, strategy, and innovation to create meaningful business outcomes while generating lasting value for employees, customers, communities, and other stakeholders.
Michael’s commitment to stakeholder-focused leadership extends beyond his own companies. He serves as a local leader for the Cincinnati Chapter of Conscious Capitalism and is actively involved with several community and nonprofit organizations, including serving as Board President of New Life Furniture Bank. Across these roles, he works to demonstrate that businesses can achieve strong financial performance while creating workplaces and communities where people can thrive.
