Mark is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Maxwell Leadership Group. With over 40 years of Business and Leadership experience, he brings a practical approach to leadership development- drawing upon significant individual, organizational, and culturally diverse opportunities and experiences.
He is a faith-driven leader; led by his higher purpose of leaving everything better than he found it- recognizing we are all stewards of the time, talents, and treasure we are all entrusted with as leaders.
He is a member of the Conscious Capitalism- Great Lakes Bay Region Chapter Leadership Team- and a member of the Growing Conscious Organizations committee.
Most recently, Mark’s primary leadership program focus has been on helping individuals align their personal faith journeys with Conscious Capitalism tenets and principles- ultimately allowing them to live their faith authentically in an ever-complex and changing business world.
