I am an experience designer with a rich background at large, independent, and mid-sized consulting organizations. I design experiences that help people discover who they are, connect to meaningful work, and enable organizations to build cultures where both people and businesses flourish. Whether I’m doing talent acquisition work, building internship experiences, developing future leaders, or helping organizations strengthen their culture, I’m motivated by the belief that business can and should be a force for good.
My passion for helping early career talent has me connected to many university programs and on the leadership team of the Cincinnati Chapter of Conscious Capitalism Cincinnati and the advisory board for the Alive Center.
