I began working with Dewey’s Pizza in January 1998 as the operator of our first restaurant. As the company has grown and its needs have changed, so have my responsibilities. I have worked in many areas of the business, transitioning from store operations to multi-store management to coordinating openings and training new leadership. In my current role as Director of Organizational Development the majority of my time is spent focusing on talent development and recruitment to strengthen our team. I love connecting leaders with opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
