Houston Chapter
Jimmy Henry is an Associate Vice President for 49 Financial, primarily serving clients as they near retirement as well as with private wealth needs. He has a passion for utilizing teamwork to optimize the financial planning process, and cares deeply about taking a values-oriented approach to such an important aspect of peoples’ lives.
Having moved to Houston after finishing his Master’s of Science in Finance degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Jimmy knew that he wanted to join and help grow a company in financial services that was able to serve clients independently, and comprehensively. Through building his book of business, as well as assisting with the leadership of the office, he’s been able to see the impact of a values-focused culture internally and externally.
After learning about Conscious Capitalism, Jimmy immediately felt the alignment in his own passions, mission, and experiences. Through initiatives personally, and through serving his clients, he believes in the power of leading consciously in business and in life.
In his free time, Jimmy loves singing for his church choir, reading anything he can get his hands on, and supporting his Fighting Illini with the Houston Illini Club. He’s excited to expand his impact through his work at 49 Financial, as well as his involvement with Conscious Capitalism’s Houston chapter.
