His international blend of exposure spans start-ups, public, and non-profit companies, as well as the military and governments.
He enjoys leveraging his entrepreneurial spirit, technical background, and experiences to translate challenges and questions into opportunities for innovation. An advocate of purpose-driven leadership and elevating the human side of the business, Jesse currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Lotus Sustainables, a certified B-Corp, which has diverted over 3.5 billion plastic bags from landfills.
