Holly Reed, MBA is a faith-driven HR consultant and founder of HReed Consulting, where she helps organizations increase profitability through purpose-driven leadership, stronger cultures, and people-centered workplaces. With more than 20 years of HR and business experience, Holly partners with organizations to strengthen talent strategies, develop high-impact leaders, and build cultures where both people and performance can thrive. She is also a trusted expert in workforce development funding and has helped employers secure more than $2.5 million in competitive grant funding.
Holly’s faith and her belief that business can be a force for good are what drew her to Conscious Capitalism. She is passionate about helping leaders build organizations that positively impact their employees, families, and communities while achieving strong business results.
In addition to serving on the Conscious Capitalism Great Lakes Bay Region Leadership Team, Holly serves on the Board of Directors for Released to Reign, a faith-based nonprofit focused on community transformation, and is actively involved in professional and community leadership throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region.
