Heidi Everett

Heidi’s professional experience spans the private, public and nonprofit sectors where she has served as a vital leader in governance, strategy and organizational change and leadership development. Heidi’s professional background has always separated her from the norm: a veteran Air Force officer, change management consultant, private equity executive, business founder, executive coach, and public board director and nonprofit board chair.

Heidi received her BS from Duke University and completed her MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a focus in Strategy and Operations. Mrs. Everett has also completed Executive Education in Mergers and Acquisitions at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified project management professional, ICF-certified executive coach, and change management advanced practitioner. Mrs. Everett is an alumna of Management Leadership for Tomorrow and stays actively engaged with the nonprofit sector by leading capacity building projects. She resides in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area with her husband Attorney Jason G. Everett and their two children.
