Gene Pickelman has devoted much of his life and career to a simple purpose: helping people, organizations, and communities become stronger and more connected. He believes meaningful transformation begins with genuine relationships, a spirit of service, and a commitment to something greater than ourselves.
As Co-Founder and former President & CEO of Tri-Star Trust, Gene helped build an organization rooted in the belief that business can be a force for good—strengthening families, caring for people, and transforming communities. He is grateful for the many team members, partners, and community leaders who made that work possible.
Gene also helped develop the Great Lakes Bay Region Conscious Capitalism Chapter, bringing leaders together around the belief that collaboration and shared purpose can elevate individuals, organizations, and communities.
Today, Gene continues to serve as a mentor and thought leader, encouraging the next generation to lead with humility, purpose, and a servant’s heart. He and his wife, Lori, live in Freeland, Michigan, and are grateful for their two children and four grandchildren.
