Eboni Adams Monk is the Director of Marketing for Advanced Refining Technologies (ART), a joint venture between Chevron and W.R. Grace. In her role, she leads global marketing activities for ART, a leading supplier of hydroprocessing catalysts that produce cleaner fuels and trusted advisor to the world’s refiners.
Ms. Adams began her career at Amoco Chemical Company. Since then, her 27-year career has included leadership positions in Engineering, Operations, Continuous Improvement and Sales Operations. Her authenticity and ability to drive connections between business functions and people have been critical to her success in leading global teams. Under her leadership, teams have optimized processes, enhanced team dynamics and contributed top and bottom-line improvements. Ms. Adams’ dynamic and inspirational leadership style have earned her numerous leadership awards, speaking engagements and the honor of mentoring high-achieving professional women from around the world.
Ms. Adams is an author and thought leader. Her passion for transformational leadership led her to write her first book, Wisdom Traditions and the Essence of Leadership, which will be released in 2021.
Ms. Adams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia State University.
