DeLinda Forsythe retired from a 37-year career as an executive, CEO and entrepreneur in the contract furniture industry. She founded Innovative Commercial Environments (ICE) in 2006 from a spare bedroom. In 2022 DeLinda sold ICE to an employee that joined the firm in 2007 while a full-time college student. ICE has been on the Inc. 5000 7-times in part because of her decision to partner with Millennial co-workers.
