Darcy Bloss is a passionate, driven, mindful leader positively inspiring continual fulfillment and supporting others to create exceptional lives. As a Career Engagement Consultant for Black & Veatch, an employee-owned engineering, procurement, consulting and construction company, she supports professionals to create their own reality. As an Inner Matrix System Trainer she trains high achievers in the art and science of personal mastery. The method trains, aligns and rewires your emotions, thought strategies and nervous system, so that you can create a life of your own design.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Mizzou and lives in Kansas City, Missouri. In addition, she serves as a founder and co-chair of the Thrive Employee Resource Group at Black & Veatch. The ERG shares tools to help people respond to life experiences with a growth mindset. She loves live theater, dancing and expressive movement practices as well as yoga and being in nature.
Darcy believes supporting the conscious business movement is important and that elevating best practices allows us to create our collective reality from a place of mindful connection. As our old ways of operating in the world crumble, she is excited to help CCKC transform business from the heart of the country.
