As an executive coach, my purpose and mission is to elevate the self-awareness, leadership capability and relationship competency in those I serve. I started Ensight, which is short for “executive insight,” with this idea at its core. I believe that holding a leadership position offers two remarkable opportunities: we actualize our own potential as a human being, and help those that follow us actualize their potential. Because we are often unequipped to resolve the psychology of relationships, leadership, communication, and conflict on our own: we sometimes miss this opportunity to fully realize our leadership potential. These resolutions create a workplace culture that balances passion, authenticity and profitability. Through executive coaching, organizational consulting and facilitated training, my colleagues and I equip leaders with the tools to lead and communicate effectively in this new, demanding era for emotionally intelligent leadership.
