I enjoy helping people and businesses get unstuck and growing again. What drives me most is helping people live and lead with purpose. Business is just the arena. Technology is the tool. People are always my mission. My entire career, as winding as it is, has been focused on helping organizations and teams grow through alignment, trust, and thoughtful execution. From law to tech, business development to people, my work has always centered on one thing: helping people do their best work together. I love shaping strategy, aligning leaders, removing roadblocks, and building cultures of trust and excellence. As an English major and now (mostly) recovered attorney, I’m a bit of a word nerd and have a problem when it comes to buying too many books (especially on leadership, theology, and business). I also enjoy cycling, hiking, camping, bourbon, podcasts, and pipes. I enjoy golf as well, though my swing disagrees. My favorite job and most cherished title is “dad.” None of this happens without my faith and the steady, unwavering encouragement of my wife.
