Craig Oppenheim is the Director of Customer Solutions at AFC, where he plays a pivotal role in developing innovative products that effectively address customers’ pain points, leading to an improved overall experience. He oversees the entire product development process from ideation to implementation and leads cross-functional teams to bring the ideas to life. Craig has played a crucial role in launching various financing products, implementing and driving the adoption of OKRs, and collaborating with industry partners to establish new sales channels to ensure the company’s future growth.

Before joining AFC, Craig was a part of Rolls-Royce’s Financial Leadership Development Program. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, visiting new countries around the world, and immersing himself in different cultures. In his free time, Craig can often be found exploring local coffee shops, enjoying the outdoors, playing video games, and watching Formula 1.

Craig is involved with Conscious Capitalism because he believes in the power of business to make a positive impact on society beyond just making a profit. As an emerging business leader, he recognizes that companies have a responsibility to not only create value for their shareholders but also to serve all stakeholders including their customers, employees, and communities. Craig believes that by embracing Conscious Capitalism, companies can create a more sustainable and equitable future for all. Craig became involved with Conscious Capitalism in 2022, supporting the Indianapolis Conscious Learning Cohort and then joined the Conscious Capitalism Indianapolis Leadership team in 2023.
