Chandler Tetirick joins our leadership team as a Finance & Accounting Director, bringing a strong strategic mindset and deep financial expertise. Chandler holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS from the University of Dayton. He began his journey with Schaefer in 2023 and is committed to values-based leadership and community growth.
