As owner of S.Adams Consulting, Calleigh M. Smith brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing nonprofit associations. Known for meeting clients where they are, she partners with organizations to strengthen operations, advance strategic priorities, and build sustainable, mission-driven solutions.
With experience supporting associations across industries including healthcare, real estate, and the contact center space, Calleigh leads public policy initiatives, develops key performance indicators, and drives data-informed decision-making. She has a proven track record of aligning operations with organizational goals while enhancing accountability and elevating member and sponsor engagement.
Her expertise includes association management, governance, budgeting, professional standards, public policy, and the planning and execution of conferences and meetings. Outside of work, Calleigh is working toward her goal of visiting every U.S. state capitol or spending time on her family’s Hoosier Centennial Farm.
