Today, I lead the Private Equity market at TiER1 Performance, where I partner with operating partners, portfolio company CEOs, and functional leaders to accelerate value creation. I focus on building trusted relationships, shaping practical solutions, and connecting the right people to the right problems. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to originate and lead enterprise accounts like Delta Air Lines and Procter & Gamble, open new markets in cities where we had no footprint, and guide leadership teams through complex initiatives like post-merger integration and organizational change. I’ve also contributed to TiER1’s own growth helping shape key partnerships, serve in internal leadership roles, and support the culture we continue to build. My early experience in a high-growth manufacturing business and in EY’s technology risk practice gave me a strong foundation in how systems, behavior, and performance come together. But most of what I’ve learned has come from working alongside leaders navigating complexity and change, figuring it out together. I love the work because it’s not a solo sport. I’m energized by working in teams, solving complex problems together, and helping people lead with clarity and confidence.
