Performance Talks provides a variety of services: custom leadership development programs, peer development groups, team development, executive coaching, and strategic planning facilitation. Bob has conducted more than 7500 hours of executive coaching, designed and facilitated more than 200 Executive peer group sessions, and led more than 750 group meetings to help build healthy businesses and fulfilling personal lives. Bob is a Co-Founder and Director of Conscious Capitalism Boston. He consults for companies who want to implement Conscious Capitalism practices and leads workshops on Conscious Capitalism and the 4 Tenets.
