Beatrice Newberry, MBA is a native of Cincinnati, OH, where she was introduced to social enterprise through the Miami University John W. Altman Institute for Entrepreneurship. Post-graduate social enterprise, non-profit, and worker cooperative projects with startup founders and CEOs was traded in for Organizational Change Management at Covington, KY based TiER1 Performance in 2021, where she partners with companies to unleash the potential of their people. Her support of Conscious Capitalism Cincinnati, local B Corps, and engagement in her neighborhood speak to the passion Bea has around doing good the smartest ways possible.
