He has 30 years of experience in developing and implementing projects in cultural alignment consultancy, strategy development and implementation and group facilitation and mediation.
Over the years, he has developed several projects in medium and large companies, families and corporations, both in Brazil and abroad, which gave him the experience and ability to work with different cultures.
