Andrew Rauch has more than 25 years of experience working with and serving with board of directors, CEO’s, executives and business owners on matters of strategy, sales and marketing, technology, business and capital development.

Mr. Rauch has jointly or independently served and advised more than 200 for profit and not-for-profit organizations in industries including technology, training, real estate, telecommunications, professional services, banking, manufacturing, logistics and venture philanthropy.

Mr. Rauch has helped launch and grow numerous ventures including, SOLIDleaders a C-Suite coaching, mentoring and consulting firm, Solid Green Companies a provider of SMART Net Zero™ energy buildings, SalesOverDrive and SalesOutsourcing Pros, a marketing, sales and business development advisory firm, C12 Group, a local and leading Christian CEO roundtable, executive coaching, and business advisory group, higherhands, a backed real-estate maintenance company equipping, mentoring and providing jobs to unemployed men in the local church.

Mr. Rauch has served in various business growth and leaderships roles including, Vice President of Growth for Improving Nearshore, a digital services firm focused on helping well-funded start-ups to enterprise brands transform their business by leveraging digital innovation. Vice President of Sales at The Knowledge Capital Group, where he was responsible for delivering strategic marketing, sales, and business development advisory services to more than 300 technology companies. Mr. Rauch has also held various business development roles with technology start-ups including Agillion, iChat, InfraWorks, and Motive Communications.
Mr. Rauch earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Pace University in Pleasantville, New York.

Mr. Rauch is married to Sabrina, has three children and resides in Dripping Springs, Texas.
