I care—deeply—about the human side of leadership.
Not the spreadsheets. Not the titles. The humans behind them. The ones navigating complexity, carrying invisible weight, asking quietly, Am I doing this right? Am I enough?
As an executive coach, facilitator, and host of the Being [at Work] podcast, I help leaders be more of who they already are. Not by adding layers of “should”—but by peeling them back. Leadership isn’t something we turn on at work. It’s how we live, love, struggle, and show up—everywhere.
My approach is grounded in real life. The lessons I’ve learned from being a partner, a mom, a teammate, a human figuring it out in real time—that’s the heart of my work. I share those stories because vulnerability makes us stronger, not smaller. And shame can’t survive when it’s spoken out loud.
