At Garpiel Group, I’ve had the opportunity to work for twelve years in a culture that genuinely values people, relationships, and long-term impact with all of our stakeholders. While we’re a landscaping company, our work goes beyond creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, we strive to create opportunities for our team members to grow and build strong roots for themselves, serve our clients exceptionally well, and contribute positively to the communities we serve. These values closely align with why Conscious Capitalism resonates with me and the work we do at Garpiel Group. Understanding the Conscious Capitalism movement further validated why I lead and provided proof of its positive impact on those around me.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about leadership development and investing in others. One way I do that is by coaching high school girls lacrosse at Heritage High School, where I enjoy helping young women build confidence, character, and leadership skills both on and off the field.
What made me say yes to joining the Conscious Capitalism GLBR Leadership Team is the belief that business can be a force for good. I’m excited to collaborate with leaders committed to creating value for all stakeholders and building organizations that positively impact their teams, customers, communities, and future generations.
Business has the unique ability to create positive change in people’s lives and help them understand where they thrive. I’m excited to join a community of leaders who believe success is measured not only by achievements but also by the impact we have on the people and communities we serve.
