I am an experienced operational leader before a consultant. I have faced, and dealt with, a range of commercial, operational and cultural challenges and have chosen to dedicate my professional life to making change happen for my clients – with conscience and purpose. And I focus on developing clients’ in-house skills, leaving their business with lasting change capability and results.
