Even as a fully remote team, we recognize the importance of in-person connection, team-building, and collaboration.
At least once a year, we convene in a U.S. city for our team retreat. We use this time to generate the energy and ideas that can only be created through face-to-face teamwork.
In 2022, the team connected in-person at our annual CEO Summit. We look forward to connecting in 2023 for a formal team retreat.
