Mark Reichert has been at Improving for the past 14 years, has been Director of Sales for the Twin Cities office for the past 7 years and has been in the business and IT consulting industry for the last 20 years. Improving has been part of Conscious Capitalism for the past 6 years and has helped start or re-invigorate chapters in each of its 10 locations around North America.
Salli Rarick is the Director of Recruiting for Improving – Twin Cities. She has been with Improving – Twin Cities the past 14 years. She is passionate about helping people and finding a higher purpose in life and in her career. The Conscious Capitalism movement was a natural direction to take in her life. Improving has been part of Conscious Capitalism for the past 6 years and has helped start or re-invigorate chapters in each of its 10 locations around North America.
David Craig Utts has been a keynote speaker, an executive advisor, leadership coach, and meeting facilitator for over 23 years and has over 38 years of experience in business. David has developed a complete and proven system that has been proven to support C-suite executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs to turn their visions into reality.

Addie Peper has a passion for connecting with and bringing positivity to those around her. Side by side, she and her Millennial and Gen Z counterparts are reshaping the workforce as they aspire to have a whole life of purpose - which includes a meaningful career. As a recent valedictorian college graduate, Addie is newer to the full-time workforce and she's a shining example to her peers as a professional elevating humanity through business. As Cultivator of Connection at Envision IT, she is consciously connecting with ours and providing that business can be a force for good.
Nancy Pautsch’s life purpose is to initiate a sustaining ‘ripple of goodness.' For several years that focus conflicted with her successful career in the sharp-elbowed and competitive technology industry. Then she read the book Firms of Endearment which opened a whole new world to her – a world where a thriving and for-profit business can be a force for good. With that inspiration, she continues her self-work as a conscious leader of Envision IT where she’s led the effort to operationalize the tenets of Conscious Capitalism. Her book, How to Build a Thriving Culture at Work: Featuring the 7 Points of Transformation, co-authored with her business partner, Dr. Jon Robison, has served as a blueprint for hundreds of organizations to break past old, outdated paradigms and re-humanize their workplace. They are currently writing their new book, Re-Humanizing the Workplace…future-proofing your organization while restoring hope, wellbeing and performance, which will be published by Conscious Capitalism Press in late 2019.
