Addie Peper has a passion for connecting with and bringing positivity to those around her. Side by side, she and her Millennial and Gen Z counterparts are reshaping the workforce as they aspire to have a whole life of purpose - which includes a meaningful career. As a recent valedictorian college graduate, Addie is newer to the full-time workforce and she's a shining example to her peers as a professional elevating humanity through business. As Cultivator of Connection at Envision IT, she is consciously connecting with ours and providing that business can be a force for good.
Nancy Pautsch’s life purpose is to initiate a sustaining ‘ripple of goodness.' For several years that focus conflicted with her successful career in the sharp-elbowed and competitive technology industry. Then she read the book Firms of Endearment which opened a whole new world to her – a world where a thriving and for-profit business can be a force for good. With that inspiration, she continues her self-work as a conscious leader of Envision IT where she’s led the effort to operationalize the tenets of Conscious Capitalism. Envision IT is a soulful company whose business is technology optimization ensuring that mainstream technologies in businesses today are an enabler to employee engagement and business success (versus being an obstacle). As a conscious business positioned for long-term success, Envision IT has received global recognition by the technology industry for innovation, has been locally awarded for contributions to the economy and community, and most importantly is delivering on their mission to enrich the lives of their stakeholders.
Dr. Rosie Ward’s mission started when nearly 20 years ago she experienced firsthand the ill effects of working in a toxic work environment and found her wellbeing eroding. Since then, she has worked tirelessly to find a solution, so this experience is no longer the norm. As a consultant, coach, author and one of the top speakers in the country on organizational and employee wellbeing, she is sought-after to help re-humanize workplaces so that people are freed, fueled and inspired to bring their best selves to work – and home – each day.
