Through exploring the intersection of modern science, stress management, and personal growth, you’ll gain invaluable insights into your own leadership style and potential. Friday, May 10

This Mindful Movement Moment will be designed to offer participants an immersive 45 minutes of rejuvenation and mindfulness before embarking on their Conscious Capitalism conference journey. Lead by Sarah Sampson, director of the Dallas Movement Collective, attendees will be guided through a brief centering meditation based in evidence-based mindfulness, including gentle seated stretches designed to release tension and foster a deep connection between mind and body. The experience will also feature guided breathwork, allowing participants to harness the power of their breath for enhanced focus and clarity. The session culminates in a soothing sound bath, enveloping participants in an experience that promotes relaxation and restoration. This carefully curated blend of practices aims to leave participants feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to embrace the day with a renewed sense of purpose and vitality. Come as you are! No equipment or experience necessary.
