Conscious Capitalism at its main core is about making an impact on the world through the benefits of capitalism and influence and we are proud to bring back our annual Give Back Event! This event is all about giving back to the community around us through organizations and people that are making an impact on lives.
All of the proceeds from this event are going to support that cause and there will also be options to further contribute to the organization we spotlight during the event.
The National Autism Association of North Texas (NAA-NT) is a non-profit organization for children diagnosed with Autism and their families. NAA-NT is a chapter of the National Autism Association, a well-established and well-respected national organization serving families in the Autism Community. According to the CDC’s most recent analysis, 1 in 36 children have been identified with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and these numbers continue to grow each year. They are staffed one hundred percent by volunteers with a passion for helping autism families thrive. NAA-NT board members consist of mothers with autistic children and professionals who work with autistic children. By keeping our overhead low, we are able to put all of our funds directly into the community through grants, support groups, and family events.

Join us for an enlightening discussion with Gregg Kendrick on the power of conscious language in business and why the words we choose matter more than we realize.
In today’s fast-paced world, where “busy-ness” often dictates our actions, it’s essential to pause and reflect on the impact of our words. Our event will explore the concept of mindful messaging, shedding light on how the language we use can either elevate or diminish our interactions in the business world.
We’ll delve into the prevalent use of war-based and aggressive language in business settings and discuss the need to soften our communication approach, and examine how linguistic patterns can affect workplace culture and individual well-being.
Join us as we uncover strategies for embracing more conscious language in business, fostering collaboration, empathy, and understanding in our professional interactions.

The world is changing. As societies grapple with rising inequality, environmental concerns, and technological disruptions, the future of capitalism itself is being questioned.
This week, we’re looking at whether conscious capitalism can be a solution to the myriad of problems that plague our society. Our goal? To preserve the core values of traditional capitalism, like individual freedom and innovation, while simultaneously addressing its shortcomings to uncover potential solutions to pressing issues like economic inequality, environmental impact, and social responsibility.
This event is not just about passively listening – it’s about active participation. Your voice is welcome. You’ll be encouraged to engage directly with the panelists and fellow participants as we discuss the future of capitalism.

The role of a board has never been more critical or complex. Public scrutiny, heightened accountability, and the need to provide strong leadership all necessitate a strategic and well-honed approach to board stewardship.
What key qualities and strategies contribute to an effective board? Central to this discussion is the importance of experience: Prior experience fosters a deeper understanding of board dynamics and best practices, but how does someone transition onto a board effectively?
A high-functioning, and forward-thinking board will ensure it is equipped to address issues proactively, integrating complex considerations into strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Join this Virtual Gathering with Roosevelt Giles, Chairman, Stakeholder Impact Foundation, and Member of Board of Directors, JUST Capital to lean how to build strong relationships amongst members, how to cultivate trust and open communication with the CEO, and how to foster focused discussions for maximizing board productivity in today’s ever-evolving landscape.
