DESCRIPTION: The Moving Concepts to Practice (MCTP) Workshop is your opportunity to build a stronger business as you bring a team of 2-8 (max) people to the virtual table to gain a deeper understanding of the Four Tenets of Conscious Capitalism – Higher Purpose\,  Stakeholder Orientation\,  Conscious Leadership\,  and Conscious Culture – and how their application applies to overcoming challenges\,  fostering a more positive environment\,  and building a high-performance culture in your company or organization.  Led by Mark Sauter\,  Founder/President of GTP Associates\,  Inc. and member of the Conscious Capitalism Great Lakes Bay Region Chapter Leadership Team\,  this team-based workshop will move the philosophy of Conscious Capitalism from the abstract to the practical through facilitated team inquiry and shared conversation designed to identify and prioritize potential improvement opportunities resulting in deeper levels of leadership effectiveness\,  productivity\,  employee engagement\,  and creative collaboration. Your team will leave supported with the knowledge and tools necessary to discuss next steps/actions with their executive sponsor(s) following the workshop.  PREREQUISITE: Each registrant is required to complete Nathan Havey’s on demand course\,  Foundations of Conscious Business\,  prior to the workshop. Accessible upon registration completion\,  this 90-minute self-paced video series provides a baseline understanding of the Four Tenets of Conscious Capitalism which will be built upon through team-based breakout sessions during the workshop.  The Great Lakes Bay Region Chapter is on a mission to support our regional business leaders by providing innovative and inspiring experiences and tools such as this one designed to level up their own operations and leadership and shape the next generation of conscious leaders while creating deep impact within their organizations\,  community\,  the Great Lakes Bay Region\,  and beyond.  We look forward to supporting you and your team as you lock arms with us in the mission of elevating humanity through business by deepening the impact of the principles of the Four Tenets of Conscious Capitalism within your organization! \nhttps://www.consciouscapitalism.org/event/moving-concepts-to-practice-virtual-workshop-3/var/event_access
