Kelly Needham believes strongly in the power of business to bring together our world and add to the human experience. She is thrilled to be working for an organization dedicated to supporting the entrepreneurs who drive the innovations that improve our daily lives.
She was previously the Director of Data & Measurement Operations at the Institute for Humane Studies (IHS). As a Salesforce administrator highly motivated by an obsession with efficiency, she oversaw internal reporting, tracked performance metrics, and streamlined operational processes.
Prior to IHS, she ran operations for the Grassroots Leadership Academy at Americans For Prosperity as well as events at Students For Liberty (SFL). At SFL, she learned to problem solve under pressure as director of the annual student conference, which in 2015 had 1,700 attendees.
Kelly holds a B.A. in Economics from James Madison University where she ran Division I cross country and track. She is a Washington, D.C. area native who recently made the move to Richmond, VA, with her husband, two young children, and cat. She still runs (though a lot slower these days) and loves being outdoors whether she is hiking, climbing, or just chasing her toddler down the street.
