I am a student of and believer in Conscious Capitalism. I feel very strongly that businesses will be required to embrace this philosophy in order to attract the best talent and increase shareholder value. My goal is to elevate humanity through business and become a resource for companies with similar beliefs and objectives to assist with their employee benefit plans and improve the overall employee experience.
